About Us

The Positivity Project was founded in 2024 by Anwita Maneish Nithya and Melanie Lam with one simple goal: to provide opportunity, hope, and creativity for our community and beyond. We wanted to create an activity that was not only fun and creative, but also meaningful — a token of hope to where they matter most.

Our mission is to brighten the lives of people across care facilities, the military, and nonprofit organizations through handmade cards, bracelets, and crafts. Every item we deliver is made with love by our dedicated members, who pour their hearts into each creation. In return, they are rewarded with the satisfaction of connection and can earn volunteer hours for each item they contribute.

At The Positivity Project, we believe that a small act of kindness can have a big impact. Whether it's a hand-crafted card or a colorful bracelet, our members are spreading positivity one creation at a time.
